What's actually included in the price?
A professional operator, delivery to your venue, full setup and teardown, pre-event route consultation, and commercial liability insurance. Nothing extra for the basics. Pricing is quoted on your event date, duration, and location.
Does someone operate the train, or do we manage it ourselves?
Every booking includes a trained, professional operator. You don't manage anything — just enjoy the event while we run the ride.
Is it insured? What if something goes wrong?
Yes — commercial liability coverage is included on every booking. We operate professionally so nothing goes wrong, but the coverage is there regardless.
Will it actually fit at my venue?
Most hard, level venues work — pavement, concrete, or indoor flooring. We review your space before confirming. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll give you a straight answer.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
Light rain is fine. For heavier conditions we confirm a go/no-go with you early on event day — well before anyone shows up. If it's a no-go, we reschedule.
Is it just for kids, or will adults actually ride?
Toddlers through seniors board together. That mixed-age moment is the whole point — it's the one attraction that doesn't split the room.
What surface can the train run on?
Hard surfaces only — pavement, concrete, indoor flooring, or hard-packed surfaces. No grass. The route also needs to be nearly level: a maximum slope of 4 degrees, and no downhill sections or hills of any kind. If you're unsure whether your space qualifies, send us a photo and we'll confirm before booking.
